Had my bumper and radiator replaced and now my VTEC isn't working. Anyone know what to do?

Wait for it to kick in?

You have to kick it.

Whatever you do.....DON'T....TURN.

Is the car warmed up yet? VTEC doesn't work in cold engines.
Is the CEL on? Do you have an oil leak?

Oh god, are VTEC's that touchy?

Coolant temp sensor not connected properly/broken? I'd wager the ecu and the dash get different signals... because VTEC.

My first thought is that a vacuum line has gotten disconnected or severed.

Wow I was expecting a shit load of VTEC jokes.
I can't see how the bumper and rad can stop VTEC from kicking in...

I was going to, but I can't think of one atm

My exterior temp monitor is still working. Are they different pieces? If so, where can I find the one for the engine temp to check it?

I ran it for an hour and a half and still nothing. And no leaks or CELs.

How does one go about checking these things?

They're not freakin supposed to be. But this car is cursed. Everything is one step forward, two steps back with it.

Kinja posted your reply 3x, so I dismissed the duplicates.

I'm not actually positive VTEC uses a vacuum line, I might be confusing it with VANOS. Frankly if I were you I would ask this question over at Honda-Tech.
